• Initial gut x brain consult

• Personalized recommendation packet

• Weekly Check-Ins

• Ongoing access via text

Once the first month is complete, monthly maintenance consists of bi-weekly check-ins along with ongoing access.

Add-ons include in-home services for kitchen+pantry refresh and restocking, as well as personal chef services.
